Originally from Baton Rouge, Louisiana, Dustin worked in construction for five years before joining the United States Army in 2007. After leaving the Army in 2012, Dustin joined the Louisiana National Guard. Dustin also worked as an electrical and control technician in oil refineries and chemical plants before moving to Knoxville in 2019.  He worked as a field service electrical engineer in Tennessee before becoming a trainer for electricians and mechanics. Dustin is married and has seven children and one grandchild. He loves the great outdoors, and when he's not working, he is camping or fishing.

Born and raised in Knoxville, Chip has worked in construction for nineteen years and is known for his woodworking skills. Chip currently serves in the Tennessee National Guard and has done so for sixteen years. When he is not working and making Pinterest ideas a reality, he is spending time with his two children and enjoying kayak fishing on the beautiful Tennessee rivers.
